Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College, Tift Hall Renovation
Location: Tifton, GA
Brief Description: Energy Ace is performing Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning on the historic renovation of Tift Hall, the first building constructed at the college campus. The 14,200-square-foot building will be utilized to host meetings, social gatherings and welcome campus guests. The project is pursuing LEED certification.

Agnes Scott College, Anna Young Alumnae House
Location: Decatur, GA
Brief Description: Provided Energy Modeling, Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning for this 4,474-square-foot higher education alumnae house. The 1920’s era historic building located on Agnes Scott campus was awarded LEED Silver certification.

Armstrong Atlantic State University, Student Union
Location: Savannah, GA
Brief Description: Energy Ace provided LEED Fundamental Commissioning on a new construction 60,180-square-foot, two-story building. The new space houses business offices and assembly spaces and is pursuing LEED Silver certification.

Athens Technical College, Health Sciences Building
Location: Athens, GA
Brief Description: Athens Technical College, Health Sciences Building is a new 70,500-square-foot facility consisting of administrative offices, instructional space, medical clinics, labs, and simulation labs. Energy Ace performed LEED Facilitation, Energy Modeling, and Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning for this new health sciences building. The project achieved LEED Silver certification.

Chattahoochee Technical College, Canton Campus
Location: Canton, GA
Brief Description: Providing LEED Facilitation and Energy Modeling for this new 62,800-square-foot student center and facilitation building which includes labs, classrooms and offices. The project was awarded LEED Gold certification.

Georgia Institute of Technology, Academy of Medicine
Location: Atlanta, GA
Brief Description: Energy Ace is providing LEED Facilitation and Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning for the renovation of the 28,500-square-foot Georgia Tech Academy of Medicine building. The building consists of two stories used primarily for educational purposes with supporting space available. The supporting spaces include offices, a library, auditorium, lounge, meeting rooms and a banquet area. The project is pursuing LEED Gold certification.

Medical University of South Carolina, Drug Discovery Building
Location: Charleston, SC
Brief Description: The Drug Discovery building contains research lab facilities, office spaces, an auditorium, experimentation rooms, aquatic and rodent holdings, and seminar rooms. It is seven stories in total, and approximately 90,000 square feet. Energy Ace provided Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning for all energy using systems.

Tulane J. Bennett Johnston (JBJ) Health and Environmental Research Building
Location: New Orleans, LA
Brief Description: Energy Ace is providing Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning for the Tulane JBJ Health and Environmental Research Building renovation. The scope includes renovating three floors, approximately 33,000-square-feet, of research laboratory and office space. The project is pursuing LEED Silver certification.

University of South Carolina, Honors College Dormitory
Location: Columbia, SC
Brief Description: Provided full service LEED Facilitation, Energy Modeling, and Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning for a 200,000-square-foot, 540-bed dormitory awarded LEED Gold certification.

University of South Carolina, Thomas Cooper Library
Location: Columbia, SC
Brief Description: Energy Ace provided Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning, as well as an Energy Model. The Special Collections Addition for the Thomas Cooper Library is a 3-story addition to the existing main campus library on the campus of the University of South Carolina, and is approximately 51,079 square feet. Seeking LEED Silver Certification, the building contains two wings: The East Wing holds the South Carolina Modern Political Collections (MPC) in 30,000 gross square feet, and the West Wing houses the Rare Books and Special Collections (RB) in 38,000-square-feet.

Athens-Clarke County, Unified Government Diversion and Work Release Center
Location: Athens, GA
Brief Description: The new Diversion and Work Release building is a 12,798-square-foot facility designed to function equally as both a temporary residence and a diversionary educational facility for the Athens‐Clarke County Department of Corrections.

Cobb County, Superior Courthouse Building
Location: Marietta, GA
Brief Description: Energy Ace provided full service LEED Facilitation, Energy Modeling, and Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning for this new $55 million Superior Courthouse in Cobb County. The 229,000-square-foot, 7-story building achieved LEED Gold certification.

DeKalb County 911 Center
Location: Tucker, GA
Brief Description: The DeKalb County 911 Center project is a component of the DeKalb County Government Fire Rescue and Police Headquarters building. This project occupies the 5th floor of 1960 West Exchange Place in Tucker, Georgia. This project did not attempt LEED certification. Energy Ace provided fundamental commissioning for the project.

Fulton County, Standby A/E contract services, Energy Audits
Location: Fulton County, GA
Brief Description: Performed Energy Audits of over 40 county facilities, including 22 libraries, a recreational center, juvenile justice courthouse, senior center and multiple offices; Energy Conservation Measure recommendations included installing timer switches for exhaust fans, clock thermostats, occupancy sensors and combining gas meters

Georgia Department of Natural Resources, Go Fish Visitor’s Center and Hatchery Complex
Location: Perry, GA
Brief Description: Provided Fundamental Commissioning for this 40,000-square-foot LEED NC government facility. Run by Georgia Department of Natural Resources, the center will serve to educate the public about natural resources and raise awareness about the lifecycles of different species of local fish and how the conditions of the environment affect them. The project achieved LEED Gold certification.

Brief Description: Energy Modeling; 11 new buildings totaling 233,000 square feet and a new district energy plant. Sustainability Goal: Satisfy federally mandated requirement of 30% energy savings over ASHRAE 90.1 2007.

Atlanta Public Schools, Grady High School ROTC
Location: Atlanta, GA
Brief Description: Provided full service LEED Facilitation and consulting, Fundamental and Enhanced commissioning & Energy Modeling for this 16,500-square-foot renovation project that provides administrative offices, instruction spaces and locker rooms for the ROTC program; the team is pursuing LEED Silver.

Atlanta Public Schools, Jean Childs Young Middle School
Location: Atlanta, GA
Brief Description: Provided Fundamental Commissioning for this LEED NC school project; a 102,395-square-foot renovation to existing structures for the Atlanta Public School system which achieved LEED Certification.

Atlanta Public Schools, Sarah Smith Primary Center
Location: Atlanta, GA
Brief Description: Energy Ace provided LEED Fundamental Commissioning services for a new 39,000-square-foot public facility which includes a 500-seat theater, 100-seat theater, and a 200-seat reception lobby. The state-of-the-art facility achieved LEED certification.

Berkeley County School District
Location: Monks Corner, SC
Brief Description: Provided Owner’s Representation services for Performance Contracting for five schools. Aided the school district’s selection committee to evaluate proposals and interview three ESCO's, and select one for project implementation.

Bibb County Schools, Central High School
Location: Macon, GA
Brief Description: Energy Ace performed Energy Modeling, Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning, and envelope design review for the newly constructed 205,000-square-foot high school. The project is pursuing LEED Silver certification.

Aflac CSC Building Renovation
Location: Columbus, GA
Brief Description: Energy Ace provided Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning, and Measurement and Verification. The project consisted of renovating Aflac’s 133,000-square-foot CSC office building, which houses the company’s sales and marketing departments. The LEED-Commercial Interiors project achieved Gold certification. It is the first LEED project in Columbus, Georgia.

Cooper Carry Architects, Offices at 191 Peachtree
Location: Atlanta, GA
Brief Description: Provided Fundamental and Enhanced commissioning for this 50,200-square-foot architectural firm headquarters office. The office consists of floors 23 and 24 in Cousin Properties’ 191 Peachtree tower and was awarded LEED Platinum certification.

Delta Dental Insurance Company
Location: Alpharetta, GA
Brief Description: Provided Fundamental Commissioning for this LEED CI office project totaling 111,000 square feet on floors 3-6 of a 6-story office building. The project achieved LEED Silver certification.

Edens and Avant Headquarters
Location: Columbia, SC
Brief Description: Energy Ace performed Fundamental Commissioning for Edens and Avant's corporate headquarters office. The 48,248-square-foot LEED CI office interiors project is located on floors 9-11 of a new 18-floor office building. The headquarters project was awarded LEED Gold certification.

GE Energy SmartGrid Center of Excellence
Location: Atlanta, GA
Brief Description: The GE Energy SmartGrid project is the headquarters building for GE’s SmartGrid division. The facility is intended to be a world‐class flagship center of excellence that leverages new, collaborative design methods to develop, launch, and support GE SmartGrid solutions. Energy Ace is performing Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning on three floors being renovated at the facility. The project consists of approximately 100,000 square feet and is pursuing LEED Silver certification for Commercial Interiors. The project is a "2011 Best in Atlanta Real Estate Awards" finalist.

Oglethorpe Power Corporate Campus
Location: Tucker, GA
Brief Description: Provided retro-commissioning and conducted an Energy Audit to identify low-cost/no-cost O&M measures that have an immediate impact and potential Energy Conservation Measures for 2 office buildings with a total of 300,000 square feet. Successful completion of the energy audit resulted in follow up re-commissioning work in pursuit of achieving LEED EB: O&M certification.

River Street Architecture Office Building
Location: Chattanooga, TN
Brief Description: Energy Ace performed Energy Modeling, and Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning for a renovation of a 100-year-old historic hotel. The 12,000-square-foot building was transformed into office space for River Street Architecture, and achieved LEED Gold certification. This project was the first LEED certified building in Chattanooga and earned the “Mayor’s Green Award” in 2008.

United Parcel Service (UPS), World Headquarters
Location: Atlanta, GA
Brief Description: Provided ASHRAE Level 1 Energy Audit for 658,258-square-foot corporate office to assist with the evaluation of LEED EB Certification. Provided retro-commissioning in support of LEED EB and Energy Star Certification.

Ben Massell Clinic
Location: Atlanta, GA
Brief Description: Energy Ace provided Energy Modeling and Fundamental Commissioning for this new state-of-the art 7,900-square-foot dental clinic located in midtown Atlanta. The project was awarded LEED Gold certification.

HCA Emory Eastside Medical Office Building
Location: Snellville, GA
Brief Description: Energy Ace is providing LEED Facilitation, Energy Modeling, and Enhanced Commissioning for this 40,000-square-foot, two-story speculative Class A suburban medical office building in Snellville, Georgia. The project is pursuing LEED certification.

Trinka Davis Veteran’s Village
Location: Carrollton, GA
Brief Description: Energy Ace is providing Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning for this new 31,000-square-foot clinic and living center. The Community Based Outpatient Clinic will have three major departments: Primary Care, Radiology, and Specialty Care and the Community Living Centers will have ten people living in individual bedrooms. This project is seeking LEED Platinum certification.

Ronald McDonald House – Gatewood
Location: Atlanta, GA
Brief Description: Energy Ace provided LEED Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning for the LEED Certified 55,000-square-foot facility, which provides medical support and care services for children being treated at nearby hospitals.

Location: Savannah, GA
Brief Description: Energy Ace provided Energy Modeling and Fundamental Commissioning for two warehouse facilities; 319,330 square feet and 600,000 square feet. Both facilities were awarded LEED Certification.

W.W. Grainger, Louisiana Warehouses
Location: multiple cities in Louisiana
Brief Description: Provided Fundamental Commissioning for five LEED New Construction Warehouses, approximately 20,000 square foot each; located in Gonzales, Houma, New Iberia, South Baton Rouge, and Sulphur. The warehouses are used to store product with attached showrooms for public display. All five facilities achieved LEED Gold certification.

Brief Description: Energy Ace performed Energy Modeling and Fundamental Commissioning on this 365,000-square-foot warehouse project, awarded LEED Silver certification.

Brief Description: Energy Ace performed Fundamental Commissioning for this LEED New Construction project; a 70,000-square-foot warehouse awarded LEED Gold certification.

The Green Building
Location: Augusta, GA
Brief Description: Energy Ace provided Energy Modeling and Fundamental Commissioning for this LEED project. The Green Building is a renovation of a 12,000-square-foot building leaving first floor and mezzanine open for future tenant fit out, and top floor housing a residential unit and office space. The project was awarded LEED Gold certification.

Brief Description: Energy Ace provided LEED Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning for the new 4,000-square-foot Spa which was a LEED Retail Pilot project, and ultimately was awarded LEED Platinum certification.

Kimball Office Furniture, Showroom
Location: Atlanta, GA
Brief Description: Energy Ace provided LEED Commissioning and IAQ testing management for a new 5,700-square-foot LEED Commercial Interiors furniture showroom, office and retail space which is awarded LEED Silver certification.

Granite Mill
Location: Augusta, GA
Brief Description: Energy Ace provided Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning for this 5,000-square-foot existing building renovation. The mixed-use residential and commercial space was awarded LEED Gold certification.

Hotel Indigo
Location: Athens, GA
Brief Description: Provided Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning for this 93,000-square-foot, 130-room hotel located near the University of Georgia which was awarded LEED Gold certification.

Torre Centenario
Location: Mexico D.F.
Brief Description: The Torre Centenario project, in Mexico, D.F. is an eight‐story office building that was built in 2009. Seeking certification under the Core and Shell (CS) LEED Ratings System, the building is an office building for a U.S. Fortune 500 Company. The ground level floor will consist of a commercial/retail area. Energy Ace provided the Torre Centenario with Fundamental Commissioning.

Beaufort Town Center
Location: Beaufort, SC
Brief Description: Provided LEED Facilitation, Energy Modeling and Fundamental Commissioning for this 16,500-square-foot mixed-use development. Beaufort Town Center was awarded LEED Gold certification.

Bartow County, Clarence Brown Conference Center
Location: Cartersville, GA
Brief Description: Energy Ace provided Fundamental Commissioning for this 44,301-square-foot facility which contains a ballroom accommodating 1,400 guests and an additional banquet hall capable of seating 300 people; nine meeting rooms; a 300-seat lecture hall; an executive board room; a landscaped courtyard, and the Bartow Amphitheater and Pavilion. The project achieved LEED Silver certification.

City of Douglasville, Public Safety Complex
Location: Douglasville, GA
Brief Description: Energy Ace provided LEED Facilitation, Energy Modeling and Fundamental Commissioning on two buildings totaling 87,000 square feet. The complex contains the police headquarters, municipal court, and community/training center for the city. The project achieved LEED Silver certification.

City of Decatur, Recreational Center
Location: Decatur, GA
Brief Description: Energy Ace is providing Energy Modeling, and Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning for the 34,381-square-foot renovation and addition to the City of Decatur’s existing 50-year-old Recreation Center. The building will provide general recreation facilities and community meeting spaces. The project is pursuing LEED Silver certification.

DeKalb County, Porter Sanford III Performing Arts and Community Center
Location: Decatur, GA
Brief Description: Energy Ace is providing LEED Fundamental Commissioning services for a new 39,000-square-foot public facility which includes a 500-seat theater, 100-seat theater, and a 200-seat reception lobby. The state-of-the-art facility achieved LEED certification.

ECO River Education Center
Location: Rome, GA
Brief Description: The ECO River Education Center is a 6,500 square foot building renovation and addition owned and operated by the City of Rome, Georgia. Located on the Oostanaula River, the facility is used to educate the community on water conservation. It includes a sizeable aquarium and several smaller aquaria to showcase several different types of aquatic life native to the region. Energy Ace provided Fundamental Commissioning for the LEED Gold project.
